Recent Lucas & Rogers engagements and projects:

Commercial Brokerage
Lucas & Rogers has been involved in the brokerage of hundreds of commercial buildings and thousands of acres of land for development, investment and agricultural uses. Now in its 3 generation of family ownership, Lucas & Rogers has once again made a name for itself in the area of commercial brokerage Since 2003. Lucas & Rogers has been involved in over $250,000,000 dollars of commercial and development transactions; representing individuals, institutions, retailers, and corporate owners of real estate.

In House Sales
In several instances, Lucas & Rogers has been called into to replace either a builders in-house team or take over for a traditional outside sales people. On average, Lucas & Rogers has been able to increase traffic to the development, work with the builder to refine the buying process, and increase monthly sales velocity 20% while increasing the average home selling price over 30%.

Model Close Outs
Lucas & Rogers has an excellent track-record of selling the “last 10%” of several developments. By using highly specific marketing techniques and broker outreach programs that are meaningful to brokers, Lucas & Rogers on average significantly reduces the time on the market, while increasing the average sales price, and exceeding the builder’s net number.

Liquidations
For many reasons, builders wish to depart a given project. Lucas & Rogers has successfully conducted large scale “Dutch” and sealed-bid auctions for builders that no longer wanted to build out a given project. Hallmarks of a Lucas & Rogers “liquidation” are: multiple offers, timely performance, and sales prices significantly greater than seller’s expectations.
